Aria // Mallory & Ian

Mallory and Ian met by chance when they were cast as Dorothy and the Tin Man in their elementary school production of the Wizard of Oz. Although it was part of her role, Ian was the first boy Mallory had ever hugged.  Fast forward several years and Ian was down on one knee, asking Mallory to be his wife.  {Of course, followed by a hug!}

The two had their ceremony and reception at Aria in Minneapolis.  The celebration was perfect, from the venue to the flowers to the {far too cute} cake!  The hanging installation was detailed with greenery and Edison bulbs, and made the perfect focal point for both the ceremony and reception.  The aisle and the tables were lined with potted orchids which are a favorite of the groom's and a lasting reminder of their special day. The marsala and blush hues mixed with neutral tones made this winter wedding warm and romantic.

As Mallory’s mom put it in her wedding day speech, “Mallory found her home in Ian, and Ian found his heart in Mallory.”
