Style-Architects Weddings & Events is an award-winning wedding planning and design studio serving the Twins Cities and beyond. Whatever the destination, we can make it happen. We offer everything from full-service planning to day-of coordination. ABOUT US
As a mother of three boys, desperate for some female energy and all things pretty, I ditched my corporate career and pursued my passion for planning weddings. And now, I finally have my daughter, Anna, who is married to my son Max, as a partner in the business. Anna has worked within the industry and for me for the past nine years. We have loads of fun working together, supporting each other, and servicing our amazing couples.
Meet Rachelle Mazumdar
I can’t tell you how much I love what I do! Owning and operating Style-Architects Weddings & Events is so rewarding and allows me to immerse myself in a world of lovely couples, great stories, and beautiful, creative designs. I have so much fun with my couples and I truly value getting to experience each couple’s story throughout the planning process.
As an MBA, I might be {who really knows} the most overeducated planner in town! Not only are my designs award-winning {see awards below}, but I’ve got killer spreadsheet, organizational, and budgeting skills! I promise to lend my supreme attention to detail {it’s a curse!} and tasteful style when personalizing your event!
My passion is travel, and I have been fortunate to visit over 38 countries spanning five continents. My favorite is probably France or Spain. I love wine and checking out new restaurants, but my favorite Friday night {if not at a wedding, of course!} consists of sipping an Aviation while I watch my husband cook for hours. And, as an empty-nester, I’ll take whatever time my boys give me!
Meet anna Mazumdar
I love the pureness of weddings, the excitement on the day, and experiencing how excited and emotional everyone becomes on their big day. I pride myself on building personal relationships with my couples, and I get just as excited for them, but I’m the calming force. I am there to settle the nerves. I want you to be able to let go on your wedding day and know that everything is taken care of.
I pour myself into my clients and will ensure your event is personalized and unique. Rachelle’s not the only detailed one! I thrive on the details, collaborating with the couple and vendors to make all the elements come together like a puzzle to make magic day of. I love the constant hustle of the event day, specifically that there is always something to be done.
Having worked in the events industry for nine years in many capacities for Style-Architects Weddings {Event Coordinator, Lead Planner, and now Lead Planning Partner}, and other industry companies {Operations Manager and Venue Coordinator}, I have gained much experience and continue to love what I do each day!
My passions are my husband Max and our golden retriever Mozzie. We are on the hunt for the best patio in Minnesota {so far, it has been golf courses Max wants to play} and going to as many Minnesota Vikings games as possible {#1 fans right here}. I love traveling with friends, experiencing everything life has to offer, and spending as much time with family as possible!
